Shipping Charges

• Free shipping is available on orders above ₹499.
• For orders below ₹499, applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.
• Shipping charges may vary depending on the delivery location, order weight, and shipping service.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or during exceptional circumstances may require additional processing time.

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier service.

Remote and certain non-serviceable locations may require additional delivery time.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, transportation disruptions, or incorrect/incomplete address details.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a shipping confirmation containing tracking details, where available.

You can use the tracking information to check the status of your shipment.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that your name, address, PIN code, phone number, and other delivery details are entered correctly at checkout.

Sharmas Ayurveda will not be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is significantly delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us with your order number. We will coordinate with the shipping partner and assist you in resolving the issue.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that appears damaged, opened, or tampered with, please take photographs/videos of the package before opening it and contact us as soon as possible.

For eligible damaged or incorrect orders, we will assist with replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
